Digital planner
How do I add my planner to my iPad?
Step 1: After purchasing your planner download the planner PDF file from your email.
Step 2: Add the planner file into your app of choice (We love Goodnotes!)
Step 3: Use your Apple pencil or stylus to write in planner
Step 4: Empower your day
How do I use the hyperlinks?
To use the icon hyperlinks you must be in READ-ONLY mode by turning off your pen tool in your chosen application (select the pen tool to turn on and off)
How do I change the planner cover?
To use a different cover for your bri journal add your chosen cover as the first page
Do I need an iPad to use your digital planner?
Although it is preferred to use an iPad with our product. It is also accessible from your phone.
How do I access the wish list, products I love, watchlist, places to go, or passwords template?
To navigate to one of the following pages, you must select the home icon that takes you to the index page to open these templates.

This purchase is only for your use. All of our products are not intended for sharing with others or resale, in any shape or form.

When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking information.
My order was delivered, but missing. What next?
We are sorry for the inconvenience of your order. Kindly note that Bri Journal is not responsible for packages scanned and delivered by the shipping carrier that cannot be located.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds.
